Anatomy
Val
Tayler in Anatomy Class. She also teaches to the
therapeutic eurythmy training.
And the students also learn ..... circus skill- this brings us our awareness of movement and body. She also uses Bothmer Gymnastics in her lesson.
The students were totally enchanted by the beauty of the human bones. She let people touch, feel and experience of what's inside of our body.

Powerful socket for our legs! The three fold walking felt very different after the hip bone sessions.

And our wings- the students also looked each other's shoulder blades while they do evolutionary sequence (consonants movement in eurythmy) taking our shirt off.

Clay Modering
Students
of Eurythmy West Midlands in Clay Modelling Class in
their 2nd year training.
They have casted their own faces, and adding a mask over it.
"It has been very challenging and revelling experiences in spiritual way."

Greek Sculpture
All
the eurythmy students study Greek Sculpture. This was
the indication from Rudolf Steiner to Lory
Maier-Smits, first eurythmist in 29th January 1912 at
Kassel.
She wrote; "I was to try to look at Greek works of art as often as possible, whether they were originals, copies or merely illustrations. But only look, never try to imitate these positions. So just look and take in. Also, I was to resarch in Greek literature for references to the dance, so that I could see what was written and preserved there."
These photos are from the students of Eurythmy West Midlands School.

Physiology
"
Now, I want you to stop chatting. Let us bring some
respect and quietness before I show you the first
organ. Remember, our organs are usually hidden. We
can't see it. And it meant not to see it. These are
the secrets in us. Now we are revealing something
hidden. These are the spirits in us. Let us respect
them."
Silent fell amongst us.

Ohmmmm! We Gasped with its beauty. The colour and shape! This is how we dissected the kidney. "Imagine, when you meet somebody, inside this person, there is always this kidney there shining with its radiant beauty. Doesn't it make our fellow men very special?"

Our Physiology teacher is Dr. James Dyson, who is an anthroposophycal doctor, and he is an inspiration! We are so grateful to have this opportunity to dissect cow's organs with him.

Young farmer passed by and he was also fascinated with what we were doing, so he joined in. Look how serious we are!

"In lungs, we always overcoming death by breathing in. Death and life mingles in here. Look at the bronchuial tubes. Doesn't it remind you something? Aren't they look and feels like a dragon? Can you imagine we are always overcoming this dragon in us?"

Planets and Trees
The
eurythmy teacher Jonathan telling the students about
the trees and their planetary influences. When the
students start to learn about planets gestures in
eurythmy, it is also the time to expand their
consciousness into microcosmos and macrocosmos. As he
used to be a forester and has passion for the trees-
see his enthusiasm?

Jupiter is making that tree round-

As soon as imagining the planets' influence on the trees, the students felt our starry heaven came down on earth, and very special awe rose as though to say we were all united.

Art History
Very
charming art history teacher Boris Moscoff who guides
the students how human changed the consciousness and
its witness expressed in art. He takes them the
journey from cave painting to modern times.
All the art works you see here were achieved by Camphill eurythmy school students in his course.

The cave painting- the students experienced the size, how it is to be done with group of people painting together, using fingers and hands as well.

Experience of early greek sculpture- The result is phenomenon!

BIG SMILE; achievement!

Now those sculptures are watching over their own eurythmy practice...

Beautiful Goddess looking very serene and peaceful in front of the eurythmy studio.

Early and late greek sculpture. Pastels on paper. See how it changes from completely spiritually bound uprightness to tilting to lose balance in later period-

Icon painting. Egg tempera on wood board. Have to paint it quick as media dries and also transparent. He also told the students the passion of those people at that time how to preserve and create vibrant colours out of natural materials.

Moved on to Renaissance. Oil on canvas allow painters to do what they couldn't do before. Individual consciousness is born in man. Portrait starts to appear in these time. "Portrait of Bindo Altoviti" after Raphael.

In Baroque time, the intimacy of people starts to appear in paintings. Light and darkness is a theme of time. Pastels on paper. "Four ages of men" after Titian.

While master Rembrandt penetrate into light and darknes, in music appears major and minor...

Time moves on to expressionism.

Now it is time to experience Steiner's art, planetary seals. A gardener has joined- we are a very good colleague as we both work with the etheric world.

Beautiful Venus is emerging. Now this sculpture sits in the forest somewhere special in Botton. No one knows where except her!

Jupiter was very slowly in coming, day and night with midges bites and some lunch skipping...
